Afternoon Shift - Storeperson

Our client, a well established steel manufacturing and distribution company, is currently seeking an experienced Storeperson to join their team in Kewdale.

This role offers a Monday to Friday afternoon shift roster (Monday to Thursday: 1.54pm until 10pm, Friday: 12.54pm until 9.00pm) with a pay rate of:

Ordinary rate: $34.33 per hour
(inclusive of 25% casual loading)

Afternoon shift rate: $38.44 per hour
(includes 15% shift loading + 25% casual loading)

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Operating a magnetic overhead crane
• Picking and dispatching a variety of steel products
• Undertaking forklift operations where required
• Operating a band saw as needed
• Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment

About You

• Previous experience working in a steel manufacturing or steel distribution environment (desirable)
• Experience operating an overhead crane (desirable)
• A current forklift licence (desirable)
• A strong focus on safety and reliability
• Ability to work afternoon shifts
